"Return was easy, but the refund took a while"
The return itself worked fine, fine enough, but the refund was slow. I had to wait a while, like a while, before the money showed back up...

"Smooth order and happy with my dehydrator"
I ordered a dehydrator from the site and everything went really smoothly. The site was simple to use, and my order showed up right on time, which was great. I’ve already started using it and I’m really happy with it! The only small thing I’d improve is the tracking updates, they could have come through a little faster. Other than that, a really good experience.

"Still chugging along after all these years"
I’ve had this dehydrator for years now, and it’s still working great even after a ton of use. I mostly use it for fruit, but every now and then I get carried away and try random stuff just because it’s already out on the counter. Kind of like how I always end up cleaning one kitchen drawer when I only meant to make a snack. Anyway, it’s been reliable, easy to keep using, and I’m impressed it’s still going strong.

"Good site, but stock can be hit or miss"
I found a few things I liked on the site, which was nice, nice enough overall. But some of the items I wanted were out of stock, so that was a little frustrating. Good site, just wish the stock was a bit more consistent.

The product info on NESCO was pretty much okay, but a couple specs were kinda unclear, so I ended up double checking on other sites. Not a bad experience at all, just wish some of the pages were a bit more exact tbh.

"Pretty good dehydrator, Does the job"
I’ve been using this Nesco dehydrator mostly for fruit and some jerky, and it works well. Apples and bananas come out really nice, and the jerky turns out good too, it just takes a little longer Than I thought it would. The trays are easy to clean, which I definitely appreciate. I’m giving it 4 stars because the drying isn’t always totally even, but overall I’m happy with it.

The box showed up a little dented, which was kind of disappointing. I’ve had packages from other orders arrive in much better shape before, so this one felt just okay overall.

It took a bit longer than I expected to get the warranty help sorted out, but in the end everything was taken care of. I’m just relieved it worked out, because I was starting to feel frustrated. Glad they followed through

I got it put together without too much trouble, and everything did fit the way it was supposed to. I did have to stop and check the manual a few times, though, because a couple steps weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. Not a huge deal, but i’d expect at least a little apology for making the setup more confusing than it needed to be.

"Fits fine, but don’t buy into the capacity hype"
It doesn’t take up much space on my counter, which is nice. But the capacity feels smaller than I expected. The product description made it sound a bit more generous, and I don’t really trust that polished marketing wording now that I’ve used it.

"Good quality and does the job"
I’ve bought from Nesco a couple of times now, the quality has been really solid. This one feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, and it works exactly how I needed it to, I mean, I was mainly just hoping it wouldn’t be one of those things that looks decent but acts weird, and so far, no issues. Happy with it overall and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a dehydrator from nesco.com and, since I’m careful about anything that might run up my utility bill, I kept an eye on it during a few longer runs. So far, it really doesn’t seem to pull much power, which is a relief. The dehydrator works well and I’m happy with it overall. My only complaint is that the shipping updates could’ve been clearer, because I like knowing exactly where my order is.

I bought this from nesco.com and overall it works well. The main thing I don’t love is the cleaning. Some parts wipe down easily, but others need to soak, which makes the whole process take longer than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying after every use, and it feels like something that could’ve been avoidable with a slightly easier design.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
I ordered a couple of replacement parts from nesco.com, and I was happy when everything showed up exactly as expected. The sizes and item numbers all matched what I picked, which made the whole thing feel easy and hassle-free.

The shipping update took a little longer than I thought it would, but once the order arrived, I had no complaints. Everything was correct, and I’d feel good ordering from them again.

I ordered this from NESCO, it does what it’s supposed to do. I was already feeling mentally drained when I set it up, so I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid right out of the box. It’s okay overall, but some of the plastic parts feel lighter and cheaper than I expected. For the price, it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it super sturdy either. Giving it 3 stars.

It actually arrived quickly which was nice, even though the tracking updates felt a little slow and I kept checking to see where it was, but overall the shipping was faster than I expected
